2 Services Provided

BookMyHall provides an online platform that allows users to discover, search, and book halls for various events, including weddings, meetings, and parties. Hall owners can list their venues on our platform, advertise their properties, and manage bookings.

The Service facilitates the connection between hall seekers and hall owners, but BookMyHall does not directly engage in the booking or hosting of events. We are a facilitator that provides users with information about venues, pricing, availability, and facilitates the booking process.

3 User Registration & Account

To access certain features of BookMyHall, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

You are responsible for all activities under your account, including any bookings made through your account.

4 Hall Owners' Responsibilities

Hall owners who list their properties on BookMyHall agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their venues, including location, amenities, pricing, and availability
• Honor all confirmed bookings and maintain the quality of service as per the descriptions provided
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests
• Ensure that their listings comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

The process of booking a hall on BookMyHall includes the following steps:

• Payments for hall bookings are processed through BookMyHall's secure payment gateway
• The specific payment terms, including amounts, payment methods, and deadlines, will be provided during the booking process
• BookMyHall may charge a service fee for the use of the platform, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking
• Hall owners are responsible for setting their own prices, payment terms, and cancellation policies
• BookMyHall is not responsible for the final transaction between the user and the hall owner, except to the extent of facilitating the payment and booking process

7 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation and refund policies vary based on individual hall owner terms
• BookMyHall may charge a service fee for the use of the platform, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking
• Hall owners are responsible for setting their own cancellation and refund policies
• BookMyHall is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations, except to the extent of facilitating the process

8 User-Generated Content

• Users may post reviews, comments, ratings, and other content related to halls and their experiences
• By submitting content, users grant BookMyHall a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the content
• You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringes upon any third-party rights
• BookMyHall reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Any dispute or issue between you and a hall owner
